The receptionist not very helpfull and keep asking his superior what to do even though i'm the second customer. He could not find my booking with Trip. After a few minute, then he finally found my name, after almost 40 minutes standing infront of the reception table.

Very user friendly and courteous staff.willingly help out when I leave my card in the room..The room 😭 s also spacious and the room staff really clean the room very well.its tidy Location was fabulous.
