The entire room was incredibly old and had a really creepy vibe the moment I walked in. I'm not a germaphobe, but I felt itchy the whole time I was in there. When I pulled back the covers, I found dead bugs and even some faint bloodstains on the duvet. But the absolute worst part was the water quality – it was so murky and yellow. I tried wrapping a washcloth around the tap to filter it, but it got disgustingly dirty almost immediately! To top it off, there were noisy motorbikes roaring by outside all night, and the pillow was so high and uncomfortable. I barely got any sleep!

The pricing is reasonable and affordable compared with other nearby hotels in the KLCC area, solid choice for both leisure and business trips. The location is strategic, just a short walk from Suria KLCC, Petronas Twin Towers, KLCC Park and Avenue K mall. Surrounded by plenty of restaurants, cafes and eateries, as well as shopping and entertainment. The rooms are spacious and generally clean, and the hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

This hotel offers great value for money. Judging by the decor and facilities, it's a well-established brand hotel. The staff are very attentive, and the front desk provides Chinese-speaking service. The breakfast was also delicious.

I live this hotel because of its location. Breakfast was ok ok looo. I found cockroaches beside my bed and at the table. Surprising not so clean. The wifi was not good, bad connection.
