Check in for the second time😍 This time we bring our baby to stay here 3D2N. All of the service is good! Parking available at the basement(please mention your plate no to the receptionist), check in process also fast (they even upgrade my room from superior room to Executive for free. I appreciate it so much!) and i even request for baby cot too. The view from my room(Room 1019) was TRX tower. Swimming pool, Gym & cafe at Level 3(we can use towel beside the gym & put it inside the basket after use).

I love the location as it is beside the Lalaport mall and also in between Hang Tuah Stn also walking distance from Imbi station. It is also walking distance from Berjaya Time Square.
The cons is the condition of the room itself despite we are very thankful for the free upgrade to a suite. Amenities are basic which is fine for us. I believe Furama has maintained a good cleanliness but not at Furama Bukit Bintang.

Furama Bukit Bintang is an economy to mid-range hotel whose greatest strength lies in its unbeatable location. While the facilities are somewhat dated, it serves perfectly well as a clean, comfortable, and budget-friendly “sleeping base” for travelers who spend most of their time exploring the city.
The hotel features a rooftop outdoor pool—modest in size but offering a relaxing spot amidst the bustling city—with some rooms providing sweeping views of the skyline.
In terms of location, the hotel sits in the very heart of Bukit Bintang. Major shopping malls such as Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, Fahrenheit 88, Lot 10, and Starhill Gallery are only a few minutes’ walk away. The famous Jalan Alor food street is just behind the hotel, only 2–3 minutes on foot, where you can indulge in a wide variety of Malaysian dishes and seafood.
The surrounding area is filled with restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores, making daily needs easily accessible. Right at the doorstep is the Bukit Bintang monorail station, ensuring excellent connectivity, while the iconic KLCC is only a 15–20 minute walk.

Clean room and spacious. Old furniture but overall was still okay. Just walkin by got convenient store. Can see merdeka tower if go outside hotel. The pool was clean and beautiful view.

Decent hotel, room is okay for a short trip but service can be improve. There is no bell man to assist with the luggages and the reception need to be more polite.

Very old hotel and not all rooms are renovated. Booking shows a queen or 2x single bed but it never will be a queen bed as all rooms are 2x single beds except the executive room. If you want to upgrade, they ask for more money, I paid for it because we don't like 2 singles. Worst is, I paid for an upgrade to the executive room but you are not entitled for executive facilities. They said if I need to have such facilities, please do pay more. I'm like WHAT? Their service is bad as their business is too good, full of tour groups from India. About the room, very old furniture. Air-conditioning is noisy, really noisy till you can't sleep. Ask for change, they full house. The window curtain can't fully close, till I have to clip it with a hanger (look at my nice photo). No con plenary bottled water unless you pay (money again) they do have a water dispenser at the lift lobby buy the water taste weird.
