I would not book the room again. Here is why:
- There is no reception, just a security guard. To communicate with the person in charge, you have to use a WhatsApp chatgroup.
- For getting the key to your room, 30 minutes of waiting was necessary. Then a random guy with a bag full of keys arrived and handed us a key. They all seemed very annoyed and not friendly.
- For deposing your bags, the security guard asked for RM100! Firs they didn‘t want to take it and then they said 100 to store it privatly in their room.
- The room was not as clean as one would expect it to be and the housekeeping forgot their cleaning utensils in the bathroom.
The location, the pool and the view are nice though.

Room not well clean. Dirty bedsheet and I need to change it myself.🙎♂️Given wrong room during our stay. Booked for 2 room(1 King + 2 Single), but get assign (1 King + 1Single only).
When seeking for assistance and get informed due to check in late. It supposed reserved the room based on our reservation🤦.

Good location, high floor, fitness room is small and the air conditioning did not work, but the security guard gave us a fan. The pool has a panoramic view and is pleasant. Jacuzzi is working. The steam room is operational. The cleanliness of the room can be given a low rating, since we had to call the staff several times to finish cleaning.

Clean and near to KLCC. Celebrated New Year 2024 at KLCC but no fireworks displayed. Residence was clean but need to clean ourselves on 2nd day unlike hotel bookings

Worst ever don’t come the service person rude, trip app also an rubbish app, the hotel says one thing but does another, coupled with the rude attitude, the hotel says trip is wrong, trip says the hotel is wrong
I said both of them are wrong and I am very dissatisfied☹️
