Location is perfect but: 1. Check in process and instructions given bit confusing 2. Room booked for 3 pax but towels, toothbrush, etc were only 2 sets 3. No floor mat in bathroom, very slippery floor when wet 3. TV broken and drawers under the sink were about to fall off... Generally, a good place to stay in reaching out to major landmarks...

Had a great stay at Tropicana The Residence KL. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to KLCC and many nearby attractions. The room was spacious, comfortable, and the city view was amazing, especially at night. The facilities like the swimming pool and gym were also well maintained. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and would definitely come back again.

I recently stayed here for a total of four nights. I originally booked for two nights and was so pleased with the spacious room and complete amenities (kitchen, iron, hairdryer, cooking utensils, fridge, water heater, dishwasher, sofa, TV, and internet) that I decided to book two extra nights. Sadly, the service during the extension was disappointing. I requested a bubble bath refill and fresh towels, but my messages were entirely ignored by the staff until I checked out. It made me feel like my requests were not cared for at all. I hope the management takes this feedback to heart and improves their attentiveness and customer service moving forward.

I had a wonderful stay at Tropicana The Residence by Crown Suites in Kuala Lumpur. The location was excellent — very convenient and close to major attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable with an amazing city view. The staff were friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. I especially appreciated the smooth check-in process and the well-maintained facilities, including the pool and gym. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur for business or leisure.
