Great views from this high rise hotel! Forget about taking unreliable and overpriced Grab, this hotel is right next to Ampang Park Station, which is direct to KL Sentral where you can take the train to the airport very easily.

The hotel is conveniently located just 800 meters from the Twin Towers, which is excellent. The breakfast was very generous and the hygiene was impeccable.

The hotel and the room were excellent. A solid five out of five. That was unusual that reception of the hotel is on the 40th floor.

Friendly staff and continent location. It is very close to the MRT. The lobby is nice and room is comfy too

The location is excellent, with two subway lines and stations not far away. It's also within walking distance to KLCC. We even got to see fireworks during New Year's Eve from the outer areas without dealing with crowds. The room and bathroom were both very spacious. The breakfast was rich and varied, and during holidays, you can avoid the crowds by eating at off-peak times.

The room was spacious, but it was clearly a renovation, and the overall layout felt quite disjointed. The air conditioning vent blew directly onto the head of the bed; running it all night was uncomfortable, but turning it off made it stuffy – truly unpleasant. The bathroom was also a bit odd. All in all, besides being spacious, the room type had no other reasonable aspects. Breakfast was mediocre; it was crowded, the quality was average, and the serving staff's attitude wasn't great either. I probably won't choose this place again.

A warm welcoming and checking in by the front desk, Riduan although my flight delayed. A clean, high-floor and spacious room, which equipped well with huge TV screen, safe box, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, toiletries , kettle, kitchen utensils and sofa. Their self-pay-service washing machines and dryers really impressed me. This hotel is surrounded by eateries, banks, shopping mall and other hotels. Moreover, walking distance to MRT Ampang Park station. Their checking out procedure was smooth. Hereby I strongly recommend this hotel to all travellers in Kuala Lumpur, top-notched service!
