Nice. Near shopping mall. The road getting to the hotel is congested all the time. Plan your journey well.

Very good environment with their renovated room. Booked with special discounted rate and when arrived got surprised with welcome message and chocolate and complimentary hi-tea and supper voucher too. Thank you for the great hospitality !

Really disappointed with this hotel. Outlook is good n nice , but the room very old , the TV very blur, can’t watch any program . The room smelly. It really can’t reach 4 star hotel.

No bad

There is not much to say except that I am very satisfied with the very large room size and the good service. Just a little upset when there are a lot of small insects on the table and sofa area and the carpet. Hopefully after this maybe the management will be more clear about this matter. Worry that if this is not taken seriously it will disturb other tourists, especially those with babies.

I arrived an hour before the official check-in time and, unfortunately, was unable to check in . However, I was able to leave my bag with the hotel staff for safekeeping. When I returned at 3 PM to retrieve my luggage, I was surprised to find that the counter staff asked me to go inside storage room and find my luggage myself. This process felt unsafe and was far from what I would expect from a hotel of this standard. Additionally, the Wi-Fi at the hotel was very disappointing. It was slow and unreliable, which made it difficult to stay connected and get work done. Overall, while the hotel had some positive aspects, the issues with luggage handling and the poor Wi-Fi experience were significant drawbacks. I hope the hotel can address these areas to improve the guest experience in the future.

Good i like it

Excellent hospitality and services from The Pearl Kuala Lumpur. Room is newly renovated, clean and comfortable. Hotel location is very strategic, but noises from passing by traffic can be quite loud. Nonetheless, it's a very comfortable stay.

We have received the hotel room 1011 which the aircond is super hot and I immediately called the reception to advise. They have suggested us to move another room 1418 and it was excellent. The bed is clean, the room is clean.

The room cleanliness was average but acceptable. Staffs were friendly, accommodating and helpful. Food average only. Swimming pool clean and has great view. Small mall below it is okay so so. An OK stay for me.
