升級了房型，俱樂部房型不含俱樂部服務。
早餐的話再地下一樓（酒店在斜坡上）。
入住的時間有好幾個會議。早餐時間人太多了。

Terrible Service and Lack of Essential Amenities
I recently stayed at this five-star hotel and was extremely disappointed with the service and lack of essential amenities. The hotel description listed a hair dryer as part of the room amenities, but there was none provided. When we called the reception to address this, the service we received was terrible.
First, they assured us they would find a hair dryer for us, but after waiting for over half an hour, we received no follow-up. On the second call, they said the hair dryers were out of stock but would try to find one. Again, there was no update. Finally, on the third call, we had to argue for so long that the staff only then agreed to find a hair dryer. They continued to claim it was out of stock without making any effort to solve the issue and even told us they needed to raise this to the manager level, which was very ridiculous for such a simple request. It was only after this prolonged argument that they suddenly provided a hair dryer immediately, revealing that they had the ability to do so all along but initially refused to help.
The staff was unhelpful and unwilling to resolve a simple problem until pressured, which is unacceptable for a five-star hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

1 hour from the airport. Great location, only 5 minutes walk to all the shopping malls.
The hotel is new and clean. Breakfast is delicious. I will stay there again next time.

The hotel I booked before was fully booked, so the Ctrip hotel manager helped me coordinate with a nearby hotel. GHA members were still treated as they booked through a third party, and were upgraded by 2 levels to a club room. The check-in speed at the front desk was a bit slow, and it took about 15 minutes for each group. The club room was on the lower floor, but the air conditioner could not adjust the temperature, and it showed 25 degrees, which woke me up in the middle of the night due to the heat. The buffet breakfast was quite rich, and the staff were polite.

It's definitely convenient, especially walking distance to Pavillion and Sungai Wang. Breakfast spread superb. Cons it's only the parking you have to pay RM2.20/per exit.
