Stayed at this hotel for the New Year countdown. Overall, everything was good, and it was very convenient to return to the hotel after the countdown. The only downside was the water pressure, which could be improved. The concierge provided good service despite the large crowds. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

This is my fifth time staying at this hotel since 2020, and my family and I recently stayed in April. The location is excellent, with plenty of food and shopping options nearby. We requested an early check-in and a late check-out, and both were fulfilled. Manager Faizal's (if I remember correctly) friendliness and kindness made us feel very welcome and comfortable. The Sunway Velocity is my first choice for a hotel whenever I visit KL due to its excellent service and hospitality.
