Ascott Star KLCC Kuala Lumpur

Absolutely loved our stay! Super clean, great location, and the view was amazing 😍

Hotel location is good,close to KLCC and LRT station. Swimming pool is fantastic with 50m length at 6th storey and view of Petronas twin tower at rooftop pool. Breakfast is normal,not much varieties.

Thanks Ascott for upgrading our room to KLCC view, and allowing late check-out till 2pm! It was a fantastic 3D2N stay. Love everything about the room. Very spacious, the pillows were so comfy and the view was amazing, especially at night! Approx 5mins walking distance to Avenue K mall (need to cross the road, and walk along some residential apartments.) From Avenue K mall/KLCC LRT station, it was a short walk to Suria KLCC mall via a sheltered walkway. Will definitely stay here again!

Worst stay ever. The guest parking is located at the super basement, which is extremely inconvenient and not guest-friendly at all. The check-in process was slow, and we weren’t informed that only one side of the lift was operational for my room. The room floor was dirty, and we couldn’t find the switch for the water heater. Although a technician came to assist, the heater still didn’t work on the first night. We were too tired to call again, so we ended up showering with cold water. The next day, we contacted the staff again, and the technician mentioned they would need to open the ceiling to check. Since we were heading out, we requested a room change. However, there was no apology or gesture of goodwill, and even the room change process was slow. The receptionist even asked if we wanted them to check the water heater in the new room — what a ridiculous question! Shouldn’t everything be properly checked before the room is handed over to guests? Overall, the experience was far from worth RM500++ per night. The room itself wasn’t impressive either.

It is very pleasant to stay in this hotel and will be back for next trip in Kuala Lumpur

Fatin at the front desk was absolutely wonderful and made my check-in smooth and welcoming. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable with modern touches, and the facilities like the pool and gym were excellent. The hotel’s central location made it easy to get around. Thanks to Fatin and the team, my stay at Ascott Star Hotel was truly memorable — highly recommended!
