가족 여행으로 방문하였습니다. 전자렌지, 냉장고와 세탁기가 있어서 아이와 지내기 좋았습니다. 옥상 수영장은 작지만 트윈 타워가 잘 보여서 사진 찍으려는 사람들이 많았어요.

酒店到雙子塔步行衹要5分鐘 給的房間很大一室一廳 裏面設施齊全 但是不提供礦泉水 大廳卧室浴室都能看見雙子塔 樓上99樓泳池雖然不是無邊泳池但也很出片 前台有一位略懂中文的女士服務很好 唯一不喜歡的就是樓下沒有吃早飯的地方和便利店

硬件很不錯，不過我兩個房間都沒給我安排好塔景，我還入住5晚，這個我覺得是酒店對客人不用心。前臺中文服務員就那麼一個，也不常在。洗澡花灑的水壓太小了這個要吐槽的。有過濾水龍頭，所以不配礦泉水這個我覺得不好。房間view差，入住前打了兩三次電話備註我要相鄰的房間，攜程也有工作人員答應幫我再交待好，結果晚上去到還是説沒有相鄰，後來調了一間給我，21樓但是沒有任何雙峯塔的景色，這個很失望也是覺得不值的地方。酒店前台沒有用心對待客人的要求，入住期間備註的一些每天搞衞生要求，也是沒有做到的，反正服務水平有待提高。覺得馬來西亞的服務還有餐飲都無泰國好。再隨便提一下別去附近的1919餐廳，歧視國人，服務極差！

酒店地理位置優秀，房間裝修豪華，衞生情況良好，房間景觀不錯，房間備品都提供得很充足，酒店公共設施充足，頂樓景觀泳池景色不錯能直麪雙子塔，酒店的服務極懶，我訂了兩間豪華一卧房之後讓攜程通知酒店要給我兩間雙床房，結果到店非得給我兩間大床房，經過攜程客服協調後酒店同意給我兩間雙床房，結果酒店的大床房是可以直接拆成雙床房的，我尋思你明明那麼簡單就能把大床房變成雙床房你非得説雙床房沒了一定要給我大床房？不是懶是什麼？各很滿意

非常適合親子入住，公寓裝修很新，裏面一應俱全，就跟回家入住一樣，還可以自己燒飯，樓下附近有家超市雞蛋、麪條啥都有。
小朋友喜歡6樓的泳池，每天都可以游泳，頂樓的泳池適合拍照📷，與雙子塔美美的合影。
我們一行三大一小，每晚一千三多，五一錯峯遊很開心🥳
離雙子塔超近，步行五分鐘就可。推薦入住，每天都會打掃衞生
