Had a great stay and enjoyed the hospitality. Great staff and great service. Although the hotel is not too big, the cleanliness is very good. Can reach Menara KL tower or Petronas twin towers within about a 30 minute walk from hotel.

The location is neither close nor too far from the Petronas Twin Buildings and can be reached by walking for about 20 minutes. Of course, it's much closer by car. Place is 3-5 mins walk to nearest MRT. Very accommodating staff especially Gilbert from the concierge. The buffet breakfast is excellent though the bar near the pool is kinda pricey.

The air conditioner was not working all the time. We can not keep the temperature as what we want. The staff was not friendly when we raised this issue and requested to change the room. Their attitude was so rude & told us they are so busy they didn’t have time to inform us the room is ready for us. In other words, we need to keep asking them will there be any room at this moment.
