I went to this hotel in Mont Kiara for a short staycation, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The check-in process was smooth like butter, very hassle-free and not asking much from guests…
The room was quite spacious and the bed was comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay. What I really like is the variety of facilities they offer sauna, steam room, gym, yoga room, kids’ room, jacuzzi, swimming pool 🏊🏻, and a restaurant. Honestly, I managed to try almost all the facilities, and they were well-maintained.
This hotel is definitely good for a staycation, especially for families. Their breakfast was pretty good, and the nasi lemak was a highlight for me… 😄
However, there are a few improvements that could be made:
1️⃣ Buggy 🛺 service it should be more accessible, as the distance from the parking area to the buggy point is quite far.
2️⃣ Gluten-free section it would be great if they could provide a dedicated gluten-free area during breakfast.
3️⃣ Game board area near the swimming pool offering at least 2 free games per stay would be nice instead of charging RM15 per game.
Overall, I would come again, and with a few improvements, this hotel would be a perfect staycation spot for families.

The Most Meaningful Vacation
We had a truly meaningful and memorable stay at M Resort Hotel. Special thanks to Mr. Yoga for his excellent service, professionalism, and warm hospitality. We really appreciated the beautiful room view overlooking the swimming pool and the city.
Thank you to the hotel for the lovely birthday cake, which made my husband’s birthday even more special. All the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Overall, everything was excellent — the facilities, the room, and the breakfast. A wonderful experience that created beautiful and unforgettable memories. Highly recommended!

It was a new year short escape with my family. I enjoyed my stay at M Resort & Hotel KL. The hotel is modern, clean, and surrounded by greenery, which makes it very relaxing. The room was of a reasonable size yet comfortable for us, and the staff were welcoming. The facilities, especially the pool, were great. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a nice getaway.

Overall stay is good here, love the internal designs of the room, quite comfy and clean
Nice golf course view from the room
Only downside is car park is at another building , need to walk uncovered to reach carpark.

Loved our stay here! Will definitely come back. Me and my husband stayed for one night and we had the best breakfast (there were variety of choices) and the staff were very nice and the environment there remind of 5 stars hotel. Our room was nice, everything we needed was there but one thing their toilet doesn’t come with bidet/paip. Other than that, 10/10.

This is my second time visit I love everything very clean especially the staff there are super friendly and helpful.
Sure wil come back again for staycation
I dint take much photos but I love their Christmas tree decoration and their buffet are so many variety and I did order room dining the food are good 👍🏻
