This was our second stay at Deface Platinum Suites. The first was one night enroute to Bangkok, we loved the hotel so much we went back for 4 nights last week. It is centrally located only a 10RM Grab ride from most attractions. This time we booked a room with tower views. Not the Petronas towers but KL Tower and Merdeka 118 Tower (now the tallest in KL) So pretty, when lit up at night. For a stunning view of all the towers you can enjoy the pool deck. I enjoyed morning and evening swims for different views. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. No room safe though, which made me a little uncomfortable but everything was fine. Rooms are cleaned daily if you turn on the green clean room light. Be aware you must leave a 500RM security deposit. This was made clear on our booking and having stayed before I was prepared with a $100 note which made for a smooth check in. The delays checking in seemed to be people who were not aware of this. Food at the hotel is expensive. We ate there on arrival as we had been up since 3am. It was a good sized portion though and tasty. At 80RM per person for breakfast, we gave it a skip and had breakfast at the Hilton instead where we paid 89RM for 2.

1) Door knob not working (contact the person in charge via Whatsapp they fixed) However the moment we are going home it broke again.. 2) Tv channels too limited.. all need to rent or need to subscribe 3) Faulty Iron board.. until i accidentally burnt shirt due to the metal rod underneath the board was protuding out. 4) living room Aircon cannot be set to cool mode only fan mode. The only thing can be enjoyed was the bathtub.. which way better than the swimming pool "deep blue" but murky and not clean water..

Cheap chinese hotel with cost cutting everywhere. There is zero customer facing service it is all done through watsapp and the cleaning staff do nothing. They dont even speak english. They disrespect the guests and dont do anything correctly

1 star service I requested for airport transfer, payment by card. They quoted me 150 MYR. What came was a taxi which I can book over grab for less than half the price! I made payment at the receptionist counter before leaving in front of the cab driver. On the journey I told the driver about the payment and he was surprised because the text he received about the booking said payment in cash! We called the hotel who agreed to pay the driver, but the driver called me after stating hotel said they has refunded the amount back to me! I called the hotel not to refund me and pay the driver instead as agreed; but they had made the refund so they will charge me again and take 50MYR as processing fee. This is not fair to the driver!! It has been more than 1 day since I am back and the poor taxi driver has yet to be paid! Hotel contacted the taxi company to pick me up yet now they claimed they don't have the phone no. This is not a 5 star hotel! No amenities inside the room, very understaffed, and now we know incompetent staff too!

Wij zijn verbleven in to face, platinum 2 hotel en wij raden dit hotel af!! Toen we bij onze kamer aankwamen zat er een random vrouw aan ons bureau? Wij keken haar vol verbazing aan waarop ze opstond en de kamer verliet. De telefoon in de kamer doet het niet. Wij moesten dus telkens naar beneden om iets te vragen. Pas na een paar keer kregen wij een whatsapp nummer waarmee we konden appen. Als zij beloven dat er iemand komt helpen binnen 20 minuten dan kan je gerust rekenen op een uur of twee later. Wij hebben 2 uur gewacht op een badjas. De WiFi in de kamers doet het niet en je er is ook geen 4G verbinding. Wij hebben vaker contact gehad met de balie over dat wij geen WiFi hadden, ter vergeefs zonder oplossing. Wij konden daardoor geen vervolg vlucht boeken en ook geen nieuwe accommodatie regelen. Sportschool is schoon maar voor de fitness liefhebbers heb je er zeker niet genoeg aan en het sluit al om 22:00. Uitzicht vanuit zwembad is wel mooi. Kamers worden ook elke dag goed schoongemaakt. Al met al hebben wij veel stress ervaren tijdens ons verblijf en lossen ze hun problemen niet op met een onvriendelijke toon erbij. Als ik dit eerder had geweten had ik zeker niet bij hun geboekt.
