1. 這次入住體驗十分之差，原一個月前訂在這Parc3的兩套公寓臨時説其中一套不能提供，改到Trion 的2套公寓去，分兩處，出行十分不便！
2. 另明明提前約好18：00安排入住，我們17：30到達Trion大堂又沒有人接待，最後18：30才拿其中一間房的鎖匙過來，整體三間公寓完成入住花了2個小時，酒店人員服務態度十分差，愛理不理的！
3.我們開門時不小心弄斷了鎖匙，我們已自行重新幫他配回鎖匙，退按金時以此為由扣了150馬幣的按金，黑的不得了！
同胞們訂房時要小心這個坑！

we expected to check in at 3pm but were informed that we are only can check in at 4:30pm. it will be better to give us 2 access cards instead of 1 access card only. Especially while there are 2 families travel together and kids go to swimming, it will be good to allocate 2 access card for our convenience. Other than this.. we can concluded this is a great stay for us.
