Super bad review, don't stay here. 1. Check in: The receptionist is Malay, and the check-in time is limited to 3pm-8pm. You can only check in at the specified time. The attitude during check-in is poor, and I suspect that they have a Chinese-anti mentality. 2. Check out: The reception said that it will be open from 9am, as shown in the picture, but the check out was not smooth. 3. Left luggage: When booking, the hotel described that there is a luggage storage service. On the day of check out, I asked the hotel contact person on WeChat and they said that it can be stored. When I actually checked out, they said that they would charge money, which seemed to be 10 Malaysian ringgits per piece. At this time, I must have asked Ctrip what was going on. He left the reception desk again in the middle of 2 minutes. Ctrip said that they could reimburse us for the storage fee. At this time, WeChat told him that we could pay for storage, and he replied, are you kidding me? The service attitude was extremely poor. In the end, I had to run around with my luggage for a day, but Ctrip still responsibly borne some of the expenses. 4. Environment: There are no windows in both rooms, a bad review. The hygiene and facilities are the same as those of a homestay.

The biggest feature is the swimming pool on the 51st floor, which is super invincible, with no obstruction from the twin towers. It is not a hotel, so there is no service. The room is very, very large, and it feels more like a B&B than an apartment.

After the hotel confirmed the order, no one contacted me. After I got downstairs from the hotel, I was told through the platform that I would send an email to confirm. I also inquired through the WeChat platform and said that there were no rooms available that day. After waiting for an hour, no one sent an email or confirmed it. In order to take the night view of the Twin Towers, it was already past 9 pm, and the swimming pool would be closed at 10 o'clock, so I had no choice but to change to a hotel. The experience is very bad, I don’t recommend choosing this hotel. And now refunds are not given, please be careful to avoid pitfalls.
