above photos as as shown
not working as follows: tv remote,aircon
not provided as follows: no bottled water as water dispenser in common area, no kettle provided, bottle shampoo and soap gel provided upon request thanks to maintenance guys after call to frontdesk reception
as too hot n stuffy in express room
went down to reception again and topup another RM$30 to upgrade by Auini to a normal room with window, water kettle n a still working central aircon but several roaches found in room.
Guess have to read the fineprints when booking such hotel chain of 11 hotels across malaysia

We booked last minute and so happy we're accommodated. This property is highly recommended as it is very affordable, and close to everything - malls, food stalls, etc.

IWe still can't check in when it's check-in time. We wait about 15 minutes before queueing up to check in. The girl at the counter treated the boy in front of me very well, and then skipped me and said to the crowd queueing behind me that the Family Room was not ready, but said nothing to me. When it was my turn, she gave me an Executive Room (Queen bed+extra bed), and we booked Family Room (1 Queen+1 single bed). After entering the room, the extra bed was delayed. I had no choice but to go to the counter againI to ask for the Family Room I had booked before😓
The breakfast time is from 7:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. When we arrived at the restaurant at 8:30 🍴, we found that a lot of food was finished, and even saw other guests complaining about what to eat? A lot of food is no longer available.

Average stay. The location is good, right next to KL Sentral, which is very convenient. The room is a bit small but acceptable for a solo traveller. Lighting is quite dim, the bathroom is small and not very clean, and the bed is a bit hard. Check-in was slow due to the receptionist.

I’ve been upgraded into better room, but air conditioning is not so good. Carpet quite dirty (picture) View from the window are good (monorel) Iron section outside the room & have a small fridge inside the room which is good.

Hotel location were excellent. just walking distance from Nu Sentral Shopping Centre.
Hotel bed were comfortable.
Although the hotel facilities is aging, but still acceptable considering on the price/night.
Overall a good experience.

Lokasi is very close to KL Sentral. Just walk in around 3-5 minutes. The room is very spacious with a nice view
