Hotel good near city but there are cockroaches in bath room and the ac look bad cause like broken

酒店近TBS 站旁，KL Central 大轉車站，机場鐵路直達, 行10分鐘到酒店，酒店門前有24hrs 餐廳！
早上未足6am, 被人大聲唸經吵醒！

The location is great, room is clean and comfortable. Water dispenser (Hot and cold) available outside the room.

Door was locked (a day after at 1030 am) after I went out at night. I cannot use the access card even though I still haven't check out from the hotel... Terrible experience.
Anyone can enter the lift and there is possibility stranger can follow hotel occupant anytime. Someone followed me to Floor 09. He didn't press any room floor. Upon I exited from lift, I stared at him and he left. Scary...
Room ambience was dark with those orange bulbs fitted on whole room including bathroom. Carpet is dirty and I don't dare to walk freely without sandal.

Location excellent. Room spacious though quite old. Shower is good.
Need to improve on hygiene, cockroaches on bed and toilet
