The room is average, but the highlight is that it is big enough and has complete hardware. I have no credit. I left my pajamas and mouse in the room. I notified the hotel immediately. The front desk said to ask the waiter. I called the front desk again tomorrow according to the front desk's instructions. The answer I got was still asking me to call again later. I called 4 times in a row and sent 2 emails, but still no result. The last time the front desk said to call me, but I haven't received any call from the hotel yet. The hotel corridor smells very strong.

The 1st room we got can open the door directly without using access card.
The bathroom tiles is broken and not repaired, water not enough pressure.
Windows handle is broken and cannot closed properly, can hear road noise quite loudly. Pillow is thin and not comfortable.

The room on the first night felt very damp as soon as we entered. The bed sheets and quilt covers were not clean. I had an allergic reaction when I touched the bed. I wore long sleeves and long pants to sleep at night. After that, Ctrip customer service helped us communicate with the hotel and changed the room. It was much better than the first day.
