Location strategic next to KL sentral . Check-in counter accessible for MAS passenger in KL sentral. But after 10pm the door access to KL sentral will be closed and it is difficult to use alternative access to main entrance hotel. My friend lost when driving looking for hotel because of many alleys behind and GPS cannot accurately guide to the hotel. Room ammenities is excellent too. Buffet breakfast selection is more than average , my daughter is happy to most of her choice. Eg muffin, egg, oat, pancakes, fruit juice etc.

It’s a Return stay. This time staying at the period where their pipe is under maintenance. Hence, there was no hot water to shower after sport when return to hotel late at night, but staff arrange me to another room where the hot water in bathroom was working fine. I just need to shower in another room at another floor. I would said that is an acceptable problem solving solution provide. The Front desk staff was friendly. Overall a good stay. Convenience centralised location. Connected to KL Sentral and a mall.

Great location with KL Sentral literally next to the hotel. The room was clean and neat, comfortable to stay. Would definitely come back again

泳池很漂亮，但是游泳池的水質很髒
我在用的時候看到很多垃圾，希望可以換水
房間品質我覺得沒有很好，隔音很差，隔壁說話聲音的聽得見，地點很不錯

Great decision on hotel choice and apps choice. Excellent hotel with great hosptality staffs, such as Aaron Chong, Patricia, FnB Manager at rooftop, check in counter lady, etc.
