Trip was excellent! The check in was efficient! They assigned us rooms next to one another which was great.
Parking was RM16 per day, but guests can enjoy multiple entries just by validating (still have to pay RM16 per day) flat rate.
The water pressure was good, the bath tub was excellent. Our little one enjoyed it very much!
The breakfast spread was good!

Really one of the best hotels I have been to. The hospitality is fantastic! The room is beautiful and spacious. My favourite part was their breakfast- there were many options and the food tasted fresh. I will come back again just for the breakfast spread really

The room is nice, but the toilet is a bit small. The service of the staff is good. I stayed in the new wing. Breakfast is also in the lobby on the first floor. There are many choices. Children need to pay an additional 40 MYR for breakfast. The location is a bit far from the city center. Although there is a subway station, taxis are basically the main way to get there.

So far all good.. Great breakfast.. Amazing foods choice there n taste good.. Friendly staff.. But there's big lizard in my room.. Arrghhhhh so stressful to sleep at night.. It was cold, how can there be lizard inside hotel room..

The experience is similar to that of most of my friends. Except for the poor quality of toiletries, other aspects are pretty good. The price-performance ratio is very high. The hotel is full of retro style, and it is also very photogenic. It is suitable for walking around and feeling slowly in the hotel. Our schedule was a bit rushed, so we didn't have time to feel it slowly in the hotel. We will come again if we have the chance.
