Concorde Hotel Kuala Lumpur Reviews

This is my 4th time I have booked a stay at the Concorde Hotel Kuala Lumpur. Space wise it was so spacious, very nice so I could use this as a temporary hotel office. The service was impeccable! The food portions were generous and the breakfast was just so good. I was talking to another hotel guest and she remarked she liked it very much stating that "although this was a 4 star hotel, it really feels like a 5-star hotel experience"

We had a great time staying in Concorde hotel. Staffs are very friendly and accommodating our special requests for families.

This is the best hotel with affordable prices. We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights and requested room decoration. Thank you so much.

Great staycation.. best location and easy access. The staff, Shiela demonstrated professionalism to attending the customer. The room cleaned and comfy. The cleaner, level 6 premier very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was awesome but the melting pot area too small, should extended to another area, additional. Xroads cafe, the teh tarik, quite tasteless. However, All staffs did a great job. Thanks

It was connected to the Hard Rock Cafe, so we had dinner there. The parking lot was a bit far, and it was a club room, so I could use the lounge, but only adults were allowed in. The stay was generally satisfactory.

I choose Concorde Hotel since my first visit in 2014, coming to KL 2/3 times a year, except years from 2020 to 2022. The location is excellent, because allows both to walk to KLCC and have a convenient point to travel out of city. Rooms are spacious and clean, but I did not like the new decoration, previous was much better. Breakfast is ok, also use to be a bit better in the past, but not a big change. This time my room was a but stinky. Service always excellent.

Front desk so friendly, service is great and services of restaurant for breakfast... Super awesome

Very nice hotel location and comfortable room for stay and rest

The location is good for traveler using public transportation like MRT, LRT but very misleading for traveler driving by car because main entrance just beside the road very easy to miss out or over run as well don’t have big signboard said is entrance. The room very standard don’t have bathtub as well don’t have beautiful view ever we already stated special request. Anyway, the location very near KL tower and twin towers. Our room including breakfast. Breakfast very standard don’t have much variety, e.g nasi lemak without chicken wings but only gave source. The swimming pool and gym only open from 7am to 7pm, should open more long hours. Do you think traveler only come for working? The best thing is car parking is free but need to take coupon verify at counter everytime in and out. The visitor carpark at the back of the building, but map apps never show.

It’s quite well located with a MTR station just a few blocks away. Walking distance to the Petronas and several restaurants and bars. Nothing to complain about

One of my favorite hotel. Good staycation in the middle of the city of Kuala Lumpur. Food (breakfast) was excellent 👍👌

The hotel location is near to shopping complex and public transport. Friendly staff and the view is so nice.

First given room had filthy air conditioning grid. They promptly changed but it s pretty old. I had to ask everyday for hand towel. Dunno why… they just do not provide. Gym hrs not helpful at all if u go for work: 7am-7pm.
