Start from the reception everyone was polite and welcoming. Rooms are spacious , clean and aircond temperature is cooling despite the outside heat.
Lots of shops around the hotel. It was a good stay for us except that the pool is not small, Its like a play pool but for full length swim'

I stayed here for two days. The room is large and clean. The location is very convenient. You can take the light rail right at the door and opposite Time Square. I am a light sleeper, so the room I stayed in was okay. Listen. There is no noise. There are four elevators, which is very convenient. The only thing I am not satisfied with is their service. There are no slippers in the room. I called for a long time and they didn't give them to me. They only gave them to me when I went downstairs and went to the front desk to explain. There is only one set of toothbrushes. I brought my own, so it doesn't matter. The paper towels are in the bathroom. There are no paper towels on the table or bedside in the bedroom. There are no bathrobes, only bath towels. There is no Chinese-speaking person at the front desk, but there are Translation software is fine, it’s nothing. It requires a deposit of 100. Don’t forget to bring the deposit slip when you check out. (I didn’t take any photos, so just post a few pictures.)

This hotel has received many positive reviews. The helpful and friendly staff always ready to assist guests. I love the clean and comfortable room bedding. The hotel's excellent location near Berjaya Time Square, imbi LRT, shopping malls, and convienient Stores and restaurants make it an ideal choice for travelers. Additionally, the breakfast options are varied and delicious.It has an enjoyable nice lobby and comfortable seating sofas to spoil any guests waiting for checking in or out of the hotel.

Everything was jut perfect, from room until service.
Abit pricey but its worth it.
