We spend our anniversary at this hotel. The front desk staff is very helpful and polite. The room cleanness was excellent.. The breakfast buffet had a wide spread of choices. TRX shopping mall, The Pavilion, other shopping centre and train station is walking distance from hotel. Kudos to the hotel staff… We will definitely return to this hotel.

The hotel service is super good! And it is very close to Pavilion! You can walk directly to the Petronas Twin Towers through the Pavilion Skywalk! You will not be exposed to the sun the whole way! It is also very lively at night! You can go shopping in the pedestrian street next to it!!!

This is my fourth stay here, but I was disappointed with the receptionist and bellhop this time—they seemed less friendly despite the expectation of tips. However, the breakfast was consistently enjoyable, as always. Aron at the breakfast restaurant provided exceptional service, though, just like he always does. Considering trying out other hotels since I don't feel as welcomed here anymore.

所訂的房間是包括了早餐的，而早餐的質素及款式，達到5星級酒店應有的水平。
酒店所在的位置附近佈滿了其他5星級酒店及大，小商埸，shopping及飲食絕對無問題。但不太察覺附近有便利店。至於出入方面，都是叫grab，所以問題不大。
房間本身是我較失望的地方，浴缸的確無得頂，但浴缸本身不預你沖身，沖身需到淋浴間，但淋浴間又不在浴缸旁邊。另外，跨出浴缸附近沒有扶手設施，腳濕真的要小心跣腳。還有，要開淋浴間的門，廁所門必須關上，有點不便。房間照明沒有設計可言，光線不足，亦不能在床邊控制所有燈，十分落後，配不上5星。空調亦失敗，不平均，房間一邊較冷，一邊較熱。WiFi雖是免費，但網速極慢，經常斷線，如廁位置更是死位，網絡卡也收得不好，真的不相信一間5星酒店會如此。check in 在地下，升降機大堂在一樓，地下上一樓靠一窄窄的電動抉手梯，盡管酒店職員會協助攞行李，但遇上大型行李或有BB車，就要蹺路乘坐升降機，真有點奇怪。
雖然以上有很多意見，但整體上是可以的，只是有點奇怪係5星
