location is good. near to LRT and MRT. next to shopping malls and attractions. breakfast spread was average but the taste was superb. room not sound proof. guest next door checked in at midnight and they were noisy talking and opening and closing door. disturbing our sleep.
another cons is no parking. we paid rm20 for valet parking. but you dont need to drive around coz everything is nearby

Strategic hotel in heart of bukit bintang . Comfort room n bed . Breakfast was average but still ok . Overall recommended 👍

I requested early to reserve a high floor city view room for me two weeks before the actual date. However, hotel royal did not do so but only provide me with high floor but without city view when requested at counter. If so, what is the purpose of the request when written during booking?
The hot water of the toilet takes more than 5 minutes to heat up and the cushion of the bench is broken.
The waiters weren’t actively collecting used plates unless informed or customers had left. And customers have to make the noodle soup themselves instead of being assisted, which is a terrible idea.
