We stayed in a Traders King Room, and Mr. Oliver Soon took exceptional care of our family from the moment we checked in until breakfast the next morning. His warm hospitality and genuine passion for his work truly stood out. He made sure we were comfortable at every step, and his attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable. Nice view with trade mark . Staff upgraded to suite and appreciated. Breakfast was variety and lovely. Staff are very helpful and polite . Will come back again .

前台沒有中文服務人員，交流半天總算入住成功，房間景色不錯，正對雙子塔，就是不要趕上下雨天玻璃上都是水拍不清楚，去klcc酒店有擺渡車大家不要錯過，否則要走10分鐘。

It was present experience staying in Traders hotel. It is just next door of KLCC park and aquarium. Skybar is a must place to drop by for drink. There is a fantastic view there.

Really a good choice to stay here for all your leisure, shopping, traveling, sight seeing, realxing, etc. Place is very near to KLCC and various shopping centers, we really enjoy our stay in KL and this hotel, very clean and spacious room, very comfortable bed and pillow, everything is provided, wide selection of breakfast, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended hotel to stay.

Overall happy with my stay except view from our room. We got city view but only get to see opposite building. Sky bar is good, view, ambience etc all up to our expectation
