A very nice hotel. Hotel all staff super friendly n helpful. Service is very good. Breakfast is good and Nice. Hotel room very clean n good. Walk about 2mins is Pavilion Shopping mall and walk about 5mins is Lot10. Worth to stay. I will come back again

Location of the hotel is great , proximity to excellent shopping centres. Close to MRT station .
But the room needs renovation. Old carpets , old toilet bowl etc need replacing . Exterior Windows have streaks of green algae forming. See attached photos . I doubt the exterior of the windows have been cleaned for some time.

This is not my first time staying at the Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur Bukit Bintang.
I personally like the Club room. Exclusive fast check-in, check-out. Exclusive dining area with a good city view. Staff at Grand Millennium are very helpful, polite.
Through Trip.com is a plus. Secured and good price for room booking and other services.

I had a wonderful stay at Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The room and facilities were clean and well-maintained. Great amenities, delicious breakfast, and a perfect location near shopping malls and public transport. Highly recommended and I would definitely stay again!

Location is both great and bad!
Great because it’s surrounded by malls and shops - you’ll never run out of food and shopping options. So happening!
Bad because of the traffic jam… getting to the hotel is so challenging! So near yet so far, especially the last 500m … The solution? Once you reach there - don’t drive out again till you check out. There’s so much to do right at the hotel’s doorstep anyway!
Love this hotel! Excellent service, great rooms, wonderful beds!😍😍
