This Hotel in KL that strategically located in the heart of bustling Kuala Lumpur between the entertainment hub of Bukit Bintang and colourful Chinatown.
Before go to stay have send an email to request high floor room and quite room but The staff's attitude wasn't very good.

Only issue that there is no elevator from the parking car.
I think the must apply pest control from the parking area until all the rooms, as while our stayed we have seen Cockroaches.
