第一個房間走進去抬起馬桶蓋，發現全是尿漬，打電話給前台要求換房，結果説要派人來看，20分鐘也不來，又打了第二個電話才説叫人馬上來，來了我告訴清潔人員馬桶很臟（圖一），馬來女清潔員進去看半天居然發現不了，後來一個印度小哥打掃了。
然後我們要求換房，前台換了同一層樓的房間給我們，我讓她確保這次換的房間要乾淨，她説好的，他們會double check。新房間一進去就已經有兩個清潔人員在等我們了，馬來女員工正在拿毛巾擦地。他們走後，我妹妹去廁所發現地板全是毛髮（人體各種部位的毛髮），枱燈上的灰也超級多，菜單上是不明液體，地板上也是各種飲料乾涸後的痕跡。糟糕透了。這些都是他們打掃後我們發現的，根本不知道他們打掃了什麼，兩個人在做戲一樣的打掃。
我馬上就要求退房，攜程在知道我們的情況後，甜言蜜語説不能退，補償了100塊，打發叫花子呢！各種不作為，我建議出國旅遊去Agoda定，不僅價格比攜程便宜，而且有機會返現。

Ich war sehr zufrieden ! Zimmer groß mit große Fenster. Bett sehr komfortabel . Frühstück reichlich und lecker. Bis Metro Station muss man etwas laufen.

This Hotel in KL that strategically located in the heart of bustling Kuala Lumpur between the entertainment hub of Bukit Bintang and colourful Chinatown.
Before go to stay have send an email to request high floor room and quite room but The staff's attitude wasn't very good.
