I walked into the first room and lifted the toilet seat, and found that it was full of urine stains. I called the front desk and asked to change rooms. They were told that someone would be sent to check, but they didn't come for 20 minutes. I called the second time and asked for someone to change rooms. Come right away. After they left, my sister went to the bathroom and found that the floor was covered with hair (hair from various parts of the human body), there was a lot of dust on the desk lamp, there was an unknown liquid on the menu, and there were traces of dried drinks on the floor. Awful. These are what we found after they cleaned. We have no idea what they cleaned. The two of them were cleaning like a show. I immediately asked to check out. After Ctrip found out about our situation, they sweetly said that they could not refund, and they compensated us with 100 yuan and sent us off as a beggar! For all kinds of inactions, I recommend booking with Agoda when traveling abroad. Not only is the price cheaper than Ctrip, but you also have the opportunity to get cash back.

I was very satisfied! Large room with large windows. Very comfortable bed. Plenty of breakfast and delicious. You have to walk a bit to the metro station.
