Hotel location were excellent. just walking distance from Nu Sentral Shopping Centre. Hotel bed were comfortable. Although the hotel facilities is aging, but still acceptable considering on the price/night. Overall a good experience.

Good location, walking distance to transport At night, a bit quiet ,can sleep well, Need walk around 8 minutes got alot of Chinese food stall. Only thing night counter staff no very friendly, ask something all don't know say I'm only night counter staff, anything you want to know tomorrow morning then ask counter incharge,. So I don't understand why your hotel put one staff member work at night and can not help the guests. Otherwise, the rest are all OK
