What an amazing hotel! From the care and warmth of the staff to the cute setup they did for my son’s birthday. The room has a beautiful city view and just outside the room, you can see the Petronas Towers. The kitchen is well equipped, enough space to move around and great wifi. The staff is helpful and communicate efficiently. The security staff is always ready with a smile too. Thank you for being part of our first Malaysia trip ❤️

I had a great stay at Ibis Hotel! The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and breakfast was good, with a lot of options. Only small downside was the bathroom had a slight unpleasant smell and parking was limited. Other than that, everything was great. Definitely recommended!

This is my fourth time staying at this hotel! It’s a no frills hotel enough for a night stay just to rest your body for another tour around the city. The location is just minutes away from the KL monorail, and 15 minute walk to Pavillon mall, and 18 minute walk to the petronas tower. What’s more is that there is a family mart just outside the hotel and you can go to the night market in Jalan Alor with an 11 minute walk. The thing that the hotel might want to check on would be the AC as it’s not cold making me wake up many times at night especially during this summer time, also, the pressure of the water is a bit weak especially in the 20th floor. Nonetheless i will still choose to stay here whenever I’m in Kuala Lumpur for biz or leisure! Also they have a lovely street cat which the employees attend to 🤭

Comfy stay at AC and enjoyed 3-day breakfast in early August 2025. Impressed with the hotel hospitality services. Truly appreciated the lady who made sunny side up for me everyday, simply because of her presentable “not-oily-at-all” sunny side ups with patience. Fall in love with their freshly baked croissant and multi-grain bread. Definitely stay again, AC!

de King hotel is right in the middle of the action. It’s only a short walk from the towers and close to many major shopping areas.

The hotel's location is quite good, being close to the Twin Towers CBD. It's about a 10 to 20-minute walk, depending on your pace. The buffet breakfast is also impressive, offering a good selection that caters to guests from various countries.

The service was truly satisfying, with staff who were friendly, kind, and very professional. Customer service was excellent, always ready to help with a smile. Check-in was fast and smooth. The facilities were comfortable, the room was clean and spacious, perfect for business travellers. The lobby and restaurant had a calm atmosphere, with a great variety of delicious food. Overall, my stay here was excellent, very worthwhile, and I would definitely come back again.

Switched rooms once because the shower has no covers just a glass partition which was weird for friends of diff genders to use. They changed our room the next day and it had a beautiful biew of the Petronas which was perfect!! Loved our stay here bur was not able to use the pool since in closes early.

We stayed in KL for 2 nights. The room and bathroom were both spacious, and the swimming pool was large and beautiful — our child had a great time playing there. The staff were all very polite and friendly, which we really appreciated. The only downside was that the breakfast felt a bit expensive. Unfortunately, our child had a mild fever that morning, so we had to rush to see a doctor and only managed to eat a quick breakfast. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we’d love to come back again under better circumstances.

The location is excellent – very near to the Petronas Twin Towers and KLCC, just opposite W Hotel. The room is very spacious, and the bathtub is large enough for my two girls to enjoy. However, the breakfast selection is very limited, the taste is not great, and it wasn’t suitable for us. Room cleanliness was disappointing too – when we first stepped into our room, the floor felt dusty and left our feet grey.
