Friendly and helpful. Efficient check in & out. Dealt with request efficiently. Location right opposite to Gleneagles Hospital good for Health tourism. 10-15 minutes by Grab to centre centre. Good value for money. Would go back again.j

Communication was very fast via WhatsApp, and the entire booking process was handled there. An additional deposit was requested on top of the booking payment, which felt a bit unusual for this type of accommodation, especially since another agent in the same building did not require it. They also sent a PDF with house rules and a price list for potential damages or extra cleaning. While deposits and rules are understandable, this felt more typical for luxury properties. Upon arrival, some items in the room were already slightly damaged, and the toilet could have been cleaner — there were a few hairs left (see photos). There is also only one seating place, which makes it uncomfortable for a couple to eat together, even though the room has a kitchen. Another point is privacy: people walking around the property can look directly into the room through the window. Apart from these points, everything else was fine.

Overall, everything was good with the hotel. It’s a great getaway for a weekend, and the place is clean and comfortable. Here are a few areas that could be improved: Room glass door: The glass door separating the room and toilet cannot be pushed all the way to the end. It would be great if this could be fixed or adjusted. Parking fees: The parking rate feels quite expensive. Although it is capped at RM16, the way the parking hours are calculated means that it can actually cost RM32 per day, as the 24-hour period does not seem to start at midnight but around 6 or 7 AM (I can't remember the exact timing). It would be much better if the hotel could offer a discounted or half-price parking rate for guests staying at the hotel. Other than these points, everything else was good. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider coming back again (but gonna choose a place that comes with parking)

To stay at Novo Suites, it is best to select the Cobnb provider. However, we had a last minute cancellation by Cobnb. Hence, we had to rebook with DD. The Family room with DD comes with a futon bed, which is very thin. There are no pillows and duvets for the futon and sofa beds, not to mention towels for the pax that will be sleeping on them. Hence, be prepared to bring your own towels and be super cold at night with the air-con on. Haha... DD doesn't seem to have a presence there at Novo Suites. Any request for pillows and blankets, or even extra towels, you will have to wait long for them to deliver.

Check-in (access card left behind) was trouble-free. The apartment is nicely furnished and everything works, including the AC and Wi-Fi. On the downside: the dining table is much too high; no normal person (I'm 1.80 m tall) can eat at it, as the tabletop is at chest height. Unfortunately, there's no toaster, coffee maker, microwave, or oven, so the kitchen was useless for my needs. There are also no towel racks or any hooks in the bathroom. Overall, a nice little apartment, but impractical.

Location was superb. The house was really big and clean. Only difficulty was the parking considering that the house can fit 10 people but there's only 2 parking given on site, additional cars will have to find outside parking which can be limited when the cafe beside packed with customers. Swimming pool was nice only for pictures, don't think anyone can swim in that.

The hotel is in a very good location in the embassy area, which is safe and elegant. There are Chinese and Western restaurants downstairs, which is very convenient. The hotel has a shuttle bus to the central station, KLCC, and Pavilion shopping mall. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Kuala Lumpur. PS: There is an infinity pool, gym, sauna, and children's playroom on the top floor, which are very well equipped.
