Very nice loft. The location is good and the facility is cool. However, I wish that the unit has at least some mineral water. We had to boil the water ourselves because there’s no shop nearby

The air conditioning is good, clean, with a microwave and refrigerator, but the room is average in size, just right for one person, a bit crowded for two people, next to the road, the traffic noise is a bit impressive, there are no slippers, no convenience stores nearby, not that convenient, low cost performance.

The host is very friendly and welcoming. The room is very clean and simple. I just forgot to take a picture. I will go there next time.

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was impeccable. Every staff member we interacted with was warm, professional, and eager to help. The highlight of our experience was the stunning view of the iconic KLCC right from our room. Waking up and seeing the Petronas Twin Towers so close was breathtaking, especially at night when they lit up the skyline. The room itself was spacious, beautifully maintained, and felt luxurious in every way. A special mention must go to Mohammad at the reception counter. He went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, helping us with a late checkout and ensuring we were given a room with an amazing KLCC view. His attentiveness, friendliness, and professionalism truly stood out and made us feel valued as guests. Overall, MO exceeded our expectations in every way, world-class service, incredible views, and a prime location in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. We left with wonderful memories and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting KL. We’ll definitely be returning!
