Very popular accommodation experience, the house is also clean, if there is a problem, contact the person in charge directly, will solve the problem for us immediately, will definitely come back to stay next time.

Online booking is not true. What we saw online it's not what we get. The house looks beautiful in the picture but when we go and open the house it's different one. We are Singapore we keep the country clean so what type of must we get . Beware of some humans like very clean even the furniture carpets utensils and etc etc. I'm afraid to book apartments online from now . What can you all do on this. You all jus take the money or we pay only half. After we view and stay the balance we pay on that 1st day if not the apartment cards can be seized by unable to use. Hope my idea can be relieved for others who wants the apartment very clean and classy. Thank you M Khaleel

I have stayed up to five homestay apartments and this is the most I feel very comfortable and satisfied 😁. The location was easy to find and the instructions for check in and parking 🅿️ was cleared and details 👍. Only one request to upgrade is please provide the water filter for drinking water 💦 🚰 Thank you 🙏

check in was prompt. room was big and spacious. toilet clean, but came with old stains bed was alright, just that the floor feels sticky. the response time for request was reasonable. near to batu caves. swimming pool is good, gotta bring your own towel to the pool.

So far the hotel condition and also the room o booked for an overnight vefore and my wedding to ease prepare and makeup session are good. Comfortable room to stay. Price for extra bed also not too expansive. Nice 3-4 star hotel with affordable price.

(1) Location is good (2) apartment is big and spacious (3) Do not have any TV service just Youtube and Netflix without an accessible account (4) nearby Karaoke very loud until 2AM

A bit shocked when I was informed that my booking is not available. Then the story changed as my room is not ready. Then changed to my room type been changed. I was disappointed and cannot control my face expression. I was driving 4 hours and then face this kind of nonsense. As the receptionist aware of my frustration and I’m about to lose it then suddenly got my original room and it was ready. Room is clean. A bit small. Many convenience stores available downstairs. Room is ok otherwise service is bad.

1. The electric curtains in the room kept getting stuck. Someone came to fix them once, but they got stuck again the next day. Eventually, I couldn't stand it anymore and had to pull them manually. 2. The room key card for the elevator kept demagnetizing. During my stay, I had to go to the front desk to renew it at least three times. 3. The hairdryer was placed in a very hard-to-find spot. 4. The pillows were too soft, causing me to wake up with a stiff neck. All these little issues made my stay very frustrating. I felt like I was constantly solving problems instead of getting proper rest. I won't be booking this Four Seasons hotel again.
