Hotel very clean and nice i love to stay at this hotel is my second time staying there the location is very convenient there is lots of food (restaurants) there.

Such a cozy and beautiful Hotel ! Good location & easy parking. The room was clean, comfortable and has all the amenities.. we felt like home. My daughter love the bath tub so much. Staff at the front desk are helpful and courteous during my check in process. Oh ya, to the staff named Fazila thank you so much for helping me when the room door could not be opened 🥰. Overall is ok..recommended to stay here!

nice clean room with basic amenities. nicely situated within small business enclave with everything within walking distance; food, banks, laundry. walking distance to MRT Station

1. The electric curtains in the room kept getting stuck. Someone came to fix them once, but they got stuck again the next day. Eventually, I couldn't stand it anymore and had to pull them manually. 2. The room key card for the elevator kept demagnetizing. During my stay, I had to go to the front desk to renew it at least three times. 3. The hairdryer was placed in a very hard-to-find spot. 4. The pillows were too soft, causing me to wake up with a stiff neck. All these little issues made my stay very frustrating. I felt like I was constantly solving problems instead of getting proper rest. I won't be booking this Four Seasons hotel again.

The staff’s attention to detail was simply outstanding. One particular gesture touched us deeply: when they made up our room, they didn’t just tidy up—they noticed our phone charger, gently coiled it, and even secured it with a neat velcro tape holder embossed with the hotel’s name. Such a thoughtful and unexpected touch! 🪄🔌 It’s small things like this that leave a lasting impression and show the pride the hotel takes in caring for its guests. Every interaction with the staff was warm and genuine, the ambience was luxurious yet homely, and the service consistently exceeded our expectations. 💖 This is truly the hallmark of Mandarin Oriental’s world-class hospitality. This location is great! I booked this room type to see the twin towers. Go downstairs. The hotel room is big enough, the household appliances are all Sony Bosch, these hardware are particularly good. But the hygiene is too bad. I sincerely recommend that if you live here, you bring everything yourself, such as towels, disposable quilts, etc. They should not be replaced. It looks dirty. My child and I didn’t dare to take off our clothes and sleep.
