Great location within 5 minutes walking distance to multiple LRT/MRT stations. The stay was considered as good and value for money. I booked this place because it is also close to start/end points for SCKLM, one recommendation to improve customer experience is that management should look into “peak” booking day and allocating more staff at reception to ensure smooth check in/out. It took me more than an hour to check in, with 2 attempts. I will definitely come back again for other “not so peak” sessions.

Horrible experience stay in room 305. No bellboy to help me out with luggage and there were 2 hotel luggage trolleys and both were faulty. It took me a lot of efforts to push it to and back. The mosquito net is torn and dusty. There was a yellowish stains on it. My husband sneezed through out his sleep. A cockroach was found crawling in the room. That really freaky me out. Nuisance noise from outside could be heard inside the room. We check in at 2am and check out at 9.30am. We just can’t wait to get out from there. I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone else and this is also gonna to be my first and last time staying there. It definitely not a good place to rest in.

the room is clean, no weird smell and toilet also clean, but some amenities in toilet are broken.
comfortable to stay even for 3D1N. the room also big even booked for twins bed.
the location is very strategic, with lot of restaurants or food stations, because near to pasar seni, bukit bintang, and others KL locations. i just walking to go to nearby places to find food or sight-seeing some places.
the only problem is the car park system. before checkout i forgot to verify my TNG card to the receiptionist, even paid rm10 for 1N and it took my money almost rm40 lol. then i cannot request for the refund when i ask receptionist to refund. just my bad day i guest. hopefully can improve about these matter because guests somehow can forgot to verify before going out.
Overall will stay again if visit to KL tq

Perfect location besides MRT go most attraction place just few station away. Lots of places to eat all days. Staff is nice. There is few small things can improve as the room I stay is additional layout after renovation facing hot water issues (need keep water running more than 10 mins to get it hot after few hours need to repeat the practice. Bath towels I have already tear after recycling using and maybe will have issues with those guy more sensitive on the cleanest of the towels. Bathroom size just bit small maybe is at corner of building. Overall is a pleasant stay.

The staff were warm and friendly, and both check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to dining and transportation. Basic clean room suitable for tourists as a transit hub due to its strategic location. It was my favorite choice of accommodation in KL. Nonetheless, sadly, in the recent months till to-date, it was noted that many trans in this hotel as a hub for their activities ! I am sure the management must be aware of such happenings but condoned to it. There is a need to step up compliance, before the image of this hotel got tarnished as a tourist class standard.

I arrived late at night, and there was no welcome drink available. I was really thirsty and asked the front desk staff for a glass of ice water. He gave me ice, saying there was water in the room. For its price, the room size in Kuala Lumpur is quite small. The TV wasn't working, but it was too late, so I didn't bother contacting staff to fix it. Although it's called Chinatown, the area is mostly populated by South Asians. I didn't notice it when I arrived at night, but when I stepped out the next day, I saw South Asians everywhere, haha. It's quite close to Petaling Street, Merdeka Square, and Central Market. When checking out, the staff at the entrance helped me load my luggage into the car.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and the service is just as good as my previous experience. The rooms are clean, tidy, and spacious. The amenities provided are quite complete. There is daily housekeeping if you need additional drinking water or amenities.

Everything is just amazing with this hotel. From the front desk up to the room. Staff were accommodating, friendly & attentive.
Locker were provided at the receptionist so you could drop your luggage before your check in timing & make a walk around the area.
Room sound proofing on point.
Breakfast? Nothing fancy or wow but just enough to energize your morning! Love it because i don’t have to go out walking to the nearest train station with an empty stomach before i grab my breakfast with few friends of mine.
Laundry section at the upper level? Simply amazing and thoughtful additions.

The Good:
· Perfect Location: Right in the heart of Bukit Bintang. Walking distance to famous food joints, malls, and nightlife.
· Comfortable Stay: The apartment was clean, modern, and had all the essential amenities.
· Good Service: Check-in with Pillowtalks was straightforward and efficient.
⚠️ Heads Up:
· Challenging Parking: The car park ramps are very steep and narrow. Parking on the higher levels requires confident driving skills. Not suitable for large vehicles or nervous drivers.
Overall: A fantastic place to stay if you can manage the parking or opt not to drive.

AAnonymous UserI'm absolutely delighted to have stayed at this hotel! Although it's simple, it feels very homey. The room was equipped with a water dispenser for refills, an iron, and a hair dryer. The bed sheets and towels were clean, which added to the comfort. The location is strategic, situated in the heart of Chinatown, making it easy to find food options. It's also conveniently close to Masjid Jamek MRT/LRT station and Pasar Seni. I would definitely stay here again if I visit in the future. Keep up the good work with the cleanliness and service!

GGuest UserPerfect location, just across the street from Arrow Street, it is very convenient to go to citywalk
The room is fully equipped and the floor-to-ceiling windows have a first-class view
The pool on the 6th floor is absolutely pleasantly surprised, worth the fare! Can see the 118 building
PS:
① The smell of the ground cleaner is too big, it takes a long time to disperse after check-in, and it is not very friendly to those sensitive to smell.
② The two air conditioners are old and the cooling is a bit difficult. It is recommended to clean them in depth.

GGuest UserOne of the best hotels (if not the best!) that I've stayed in in South East Asia; excellent value, great room (comfy bed, great bathroom with walled-in shower and good water pressure, good soundproofing, elevator) , lovely staff, fantastic location (walking distance =Indian temple 1 minute away, Chinatown 3 minutes away, Jalan Alor street market 10 minutes away).

DDmitriMayI recommend it. For this price, it's a great choice! The hotel contacted me immediately after booking. I got there from the airport by metro without any problems. I found the hotel. I lived on the 10th floor. The hotel reception is on the 4th floor. Below is the bus station and offices. The room is clean and cozy. Chinatown is very close. I walked to the Petronas Twin Towers and other attractions. I liked everything. I will come again!🙂 (Especially since I forgot my hat when I left early))) now I definitely need to come back)
