Room and toilet are spacious and has all the basic amenities. Cleanliness of the room can be improved. Saw tiny live bug at the bedside table underneath the glass and also watermarks that are not cleaned of from one of the table. One of the towel given also had black foot prints on it, and bedsheets also has some stains. Room aircon needs to be turned to 19°C to feel cold air and it's also quite loud. Kept smelling cigarettes smoke in my room (1211), not sure if it's due to people smoking in the emergency exit, which the room I was in was right beside. Buffet breakfast is decent, nothing fancy but still has a bit of variety. Staff were all very approachable and nice. Overall a not bad stay for a short trip.

Thank u to Linda the resep & the manager who’s to attend my issue on the 6th of Sept. let’s me change my previous room to a new room, It’s was 23rd floor & now is at 17th floor🤩 nice view as I can see slightly of the twin towers behind Shangri-La hotel✌🏽well after this I will take a little nap coz they allowed me to check out by 1pm💖Thank u @prhgroup 🙏🏽🥰

What more can i say and that is EXCELLENT! THE BEST CHOICE I EVER MADE. PLEASE COME HERE, THEIR FOOD SMELL AMAZING BUT I HAD NEVER HAD TIME TO TRY BUT I SEE MANY GUEST FILLED WITH HAPPINESS ON THEIR FACE WHEN DINING IN. KEEP IT UP THE GOOD WORK. YOU DESERVE 6 STARS! I SLEEP ALL THE WAY TO THE END, THE TOWEL, THE BEDSHEET SOO SPARKLING CLEAN! WHICH IS TOTAL ZERO DIRT IN MY VIEW. ESPECIALLY LOVE THEIR CLEANLINESS. THIS 6 STARS IN MY OPINION, VERY NICE AND CLEAN! Great location. Clean room. Kind reception. Verrrrryyy looonggg Check-in and dark room. Lights are not so good. There were like bottles but no shampoo or hand soap. Wanna watch TV? only 8 channels and nothing to watch. The pool was bustling.

Such a wonderful experience! Way beyond 'service with a smile'! Suite was perfectly fresh and clean. Wonderful breakfast though missing the days when Korea and Japan foods were at the buffet . And BYOB executive lounge happy hour was one best..the only other best for Happy Hour since the pandemic is Renaissance Riverside in HCMC. Only things missing were TVs the appropriate size for their large spacious rooms. And Taxis..no waiting taxis. Grab only

The room was really spacious, perfect for families! They have amenities such as iron, microwave etc which was really great, they always have shelvings everywhere so you really have a lot of space to unload and put your stuff HAHA. The sky deck is perfect if you want a nice view of the KL tower and Petronas Tower!

Room is tiny but clean. The bed is very narrow it's not comfortable to sleep if you are couple. The thinnest pillows Ive ever seen (look at the picture). Nice view from the rooftop. Breakfast's not great not terrible. I would like like to see more deserts but thanks for keeping me fit. Friendly stuff. Elevators are very slow, just three of them for such a big building.

A nice hotel. Better than many other Ibis is other countries. Room was quite decent especially since there’s an iron and ironing board inside the room which is much more helpful than having to leave my room and go to a dedicated room to iron my clothes. Room is decent size too, not too small like other Ibis hotels. Breakfast variety was not too bad and quite tasty. Only thing required is the replenishment of food which needs to be better. Hotel has a decent swimming pool and gym which are not big but functional. This is quite a good Ibis hotel considering the room size, breakfast and the overall facilities. Yes, the staff are nice. Maybe if they learn to interact with the guests a bit more, this Ibis hotel will become a fantastic hotel.

The hotel is in a strategic location, with many restaurants nearby. There's plenty of parking available, and cleanliness is decent. However, the lift could use improvement, as it was slow, and I had to wait almost 30 minutes, especially around noon. The breakfast offered a wide variety of food.
