Very good location, right next to KL Sentral and also 7-11’s and other shops and restaurants. Wi-Fi works ok in the rooms but not amazingly. Beds are clean and comfortable. Shower and toilet area could be a little bit cleaner but nothing to complain about. You are provided with towels but recommend you bring your own shampoo and shower gel. Staff are very friendly and check in process is easy. All in all I would stay here again.

We had 3nights at this amazing palace. V central easy walk to central station. Of course it’s basic, but v clean, air-con & private bath £14 for twin bedded en suite room & so friendly. Cute cafe restaurant on site run by a lovely local lady who always smiles. V helpful & friendly staff. Will definitely stay again.

what a nice stay in this hotel. the location was great. the cleanliness was top notch. the room was spacious. the price also was a seriously surprising low. where u can get the room with sooooo much spacious in KLCC area with only just RM200/night? really a top notch!

I love the place and location as it is very convenient for everything, it is at the central area. You can walk around and find most of the tourist spots. Hotel receptionists are very accommodating and helpful. Highly recommended, at the very affordable costs . We had a wonderful stay for 4 days during cny 2024 our room view was awesome. This is an old hotel with fantastic location. Parking is chargeable at RM5 per entry. Check in experience can be much better. Room is dated and old but is expected given the cheap rates. Buffet Breakfast is ok and quite nice but can be better. Overall, if the rate is not too expensive, this is a good hotel choice.

The apartment was spacious, modern and fully equipped, we had everything that we needed in our stay. One of the highlights was the infinity swimming pool on the rooftop with a breathtaking panoramic to the city. Also, the location was great, easy to move around and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Furthermore, the staff was friendly and provided us good service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur!

Took some time when checking in as told by the staff as all the rooms are booked, so have to wait for the rooms to be clean. Location is near to Chow Kit, approx 10min walk. There’s a night market beside/back of the hotel but it can be quite dark and shady as the roads aren’t well lit. Swimming pool is very small and so is the gym. The gym is located on the other building so you have to walk over and seek the receptionist to assist you in opening the door to the gym. The worst was the waiting for the lift. It can take up to 5-10min waiting for the lift as it serving up to 25 floors. Bed is somewhat on the softer side and the pillows are incredibly soft which is not to my liking. I made a special request upon booking but when checking in, due to the lack of rooms, I was upgraded to a lower floor which I’m not sure if it’s even a upgrade as the room was smaller and my special request was not met.
