Good afternoon, we stayed at the hotel for one night before traveling to Langkawi.
Clean rooms, big bed. Responsive staff. For the money everything went great!

Good hotel for the price you paid. Is near the kuala perlis jetty and good for transit purpose before riding ferry to langkawi. The receiptionist also very welcoming despite of large number of people check in

Mixed Emotions - Great Location, Hampered by Plumbing Issues
While the prime location right across from the ferry terminal was undoubtedly a highlight of our stay at the hotel, our brief family trip (of four) was unfortunately marred by a couple of plumbing issues that significantly impacted our experience.
Overall, it is quite okay given the price is affordable
