Hotels in Kuala Rompin with Swimming Pools

beautiful private beach and great facilities for my 5 days stay. nice spread of breakfast buffet. spacious pool for kids something for improvement with the customer service, i did asked to change the room facing the pool on the ground floor. I even offered to pay extra since i am travelling alone and feel more secure to be in the room nearer to the lobby. I understand that the resort might have higher occupancy during school holiday hence the the offer to add on the room price was made. However, i was informed those room are connecting rooms and only those that booked 2 rooms will be placed there. I do checked during my stay, it was not true and most room there were empty. i do not know why it is so hard for them to fulfill my request because i made a clear point to add on the price (if needed) when requested.

the room is spacious, comfortable... enough facilities. there is a cloth for the feet.., good. the important thing is that there is a prayer mat.., 2 more pieces... even on holiday you can still pray in congregation. thank you hotel...

This hotel is the best of a bad bunch I think. We arrived late - I chose this hotel as was told we could leave our car here for free. Upon arrival I was told there would be a charge but after showing the confirmation email they did not push for a charge (confirm this in advance if you go). The room was basic and decor dated. The toilet was leaking when flushed and I would say this hotel needs updating - however if they have many guests like us who spent less than 7 hours in the hotel I can understand why commercially they don't bother. If I was using this ferry terminal again I wouldn't stay here and would arrive in the morning to go straight for the ferry and would leave my car in the ferry terminal car park. Check what time you're leaving for your ferry - as we left so early we couldn't get breakfast. And if you're going on the ferries try and take smaller bags/backpacks - lugging a big suitcase for the 5 min journey on a non-road was not pleasant.
