Newest hotel in town which truly the best location spot, walking distance to Payang, price affordable and nearby foodies areas. great ample parking slots. what surprise me the most is the room itself. super spacious for four of us, occupied with sofa and lounge at balcony some more. maybe wud be great if got in house mini fridge. the rest all lively and nice setting. the bed is super comfy tv comes with Youtube n Netflix which is a plus point for kids. their warmth receptionist also wud made u feel welcomed and happy throughout the stays. surely will come again AlVilla 🥰😘

Really love the location. It is a new hotel so it is generally clean! Everything is available in hotel even a dobi! With this price, im so happy to able to stay such a decent hotel. Will definitely come again if i travel to terengganu

Exploring Malaysian Hotels: Alvilla Hotel, Terengganu
This was my first time visiting Terengganu, Malaysia, and I chose the newly opened Alvilla Hotel. It's very new and clean, located right on Terengganu's Chinatown. Some rooms offer a river view. There's a Mixue downstairs, and plenty of dining options within a five-minute walk.
While speaking English was perfectly fine, there was a Chinese-speaking staff member at the front desk, which made me feel even more welcome.

It was a really pleasant stay! Tempat baru, more to choose when in KT, very clean, very comfortable - bedding, toilet, aircond, room size, amenities etc, got near parking space, hotel located right in the middle of town, near to Pasar Payang!

We had a wonderful family staycation at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable for our kids. They especially loved the indoor, mini pool which made the trip even more enjoyable.

Stayed here for a night in Terengganu as a layover before heading to Redang Island, and it was better than expected. The hotel is new and very clean. My king room even had a small balcony, so it didn't feel cramped at all. The room was quiet, and it only took about 15 minutes to get to the TTI jetty (without traffic). Right next door there's a Mixue ice cream shop, and if you walk a bit further down, there's a restaurant the front desk recommended. There's also a 7-Eleven if you turn left and walk back a bit. Overall, great value for money.

Had a really pleasant experience here. The overall design is modern, clean, and very calming — especially loved the soft neutral tones and aesthetic interior. The space feels well-maintained and thoughtfully curated.
One standout feature is the in-room kids’ play area, which is such a thoughtful touch for families. It’s clean, safe, and beautifully designed — perfect for keeping little ones entertained while parents can relax.
The location is also a big plus — situated in Chinatown, it’s very convenient with easy access to food, shops, and attractions.
The common areas are spacious, bright, and comfortable, and I also appreciated the small local touches like the handmade items on display, which add a unique charm to the stay.
