Everything was fine, stay in junior suite. The following may deemed necessary to improve:
- the parking system. Only at level 6, and once go out at night, the floor is fully parked, and need to go to level 5 which is very dark and minimal lighting;
- the bathroom door a bit malfunction, as need to firmly closed to ensure it is fully shut;
- the sound of air conditioning system seems too loud and may effect your sleeps at night.

My first time staying in this hotel.
Good that it has its own parking space unlike others in K. Terengganu that are public parking.
The front desk staffs are very friendly & well versed in English. No problem at all with communication.
Very convenient location, walking distance to Chinatown.
Overall a great place to stay.

We were presented to a clean & refreshing room as the weather is too hot, the hotel team has already got the air conditioning on for us when we entered. They gave us shared bed bedroom and we kindly requested for one with single bed and they are very accommodative to us.
Varieties of breakfast choice, only thing that I didn’t like that much is that their parking is way up at level 6, and you have to validate parking at GF receptionist and go back up to Level 6 to get your car.
But apart from this, the stay was wonderful.
