My first day check in okay although no one help me to carry my things and bags . They just see me handle all my things alone🥲second day the receptionist call me and ask what time will i check out and didnt checked properly as im booked for 2 days 😥😥she keep asking what time will check out bcs that time aready around 12pm++ and again i asked her to checked and then she say “sorry saya salah tengok tadi puan check in 2 malam ye “. I dont think this mistake can be done? Call n disturb customer and asked what time will check out without checking how many days the guest/customer will stayed? And that day there’s no one came to cleaned my room untill i request and asked for house keeping to cleaned . Although no one told me to renewed or changed my access card that day bcs they only gave the access card valid for one day! Eventhough i stayed 2 nights there. That night i want to enter my room and can’t so i go for receptionist and she asked whether i changed or renewed my access card earlier . Omg how can i know this thing?? Please improve ur service . Ask ur staff to be more polite,responsible and smile at the counter . Im regular cust there , i checked in every 2@3 month every year since 2017 .
