Overall, my experience at this budget hotel was a mix of pros and cons. I had booked a standard room, which I found to be small but decent. However, there was a noticeable smell in the room and the bed was not very comforting. The cleanliness of the room was okay, although the toilet had a lingering smell.
The amenities provided in the room were basic but sufficient, including a small ironing board, slippers, towels, shampoo, and shower gel. There was no complimentary water bottle, you can buy your own at 7eleven or at the reception.
On the positive side, the hotel's location was excellent. It was conveniently situated near a drawbridge, food restaurants, a self-service laundry, a 7-Eleven, a Secret Recipe outlet, and an Ayam Geprek restaurant.
This is a decent accommodation at an affordable price, still a practical choice for travelers looking for a convenient stay on a budget.

close to the facilities, it's fun, we come a long way, it's worth it, it's easy to park in front of the mall and store

Hotel is situated within walking distance of KTCC Mall and towards the beach.
Easy access for food and purchase.
Downside is the hotel and room is quite old.
Floorings are not in good condition.
Room entry door is damaged and required to open manually with key which require some techniques.
Window is there but the view of the sea is restricted by the wall panel installed.
Lift is quite scarry by the way it opens and close.

The staff is very friendly and very helpful to guests.. the wifi is fast and you can watch utube without blocking the tv. The room/bathroom is very clean.. the aircond is cold and all the facilities are very satisfying.. when you order to add a hanger in the room, it will arrive immediately.. the check in and check out process is very quick and easy.. the parking lot is spacious and secured!!! The hotel list is a must when you come to Teganu next time.

I chose the Hotel Ming for its location.my late check-in and overnight stay was a very pleasant experience: comfortable bed and pillows, courteous and helpful staff, clean and generous sized room, plus professional service, efficiency and tranquility for business travel. Recommended!
