Stratergic location, walking distance to ktcc Got a free upgrade to a bigger room They let me have a late checkout Good value for money Clean and has no bad smell The only downside i would say is it’s not really soundproof You can hear people walking upstairs In my case, someone’s puking, probably having a morning sickness. Suitable for solo traveller I would stay here again for a short trip

Cheap and ok for a night. The room did have a window but it was to an AC unit on the inside of the building but I suppose it was cheaper. Personally I would have preferred to just find another hotel by walking around but convenient to book online and not have to do that. Location is a bit out of the way but good to go running along the beach and some nice local eating places nearby.

Cleanliness just average but the best thing was bidet and sink water was warm water, seldom see this in budget hotel

I have a great experience staying in this hotel. The location is perfect. The staff is nice. The room is spacious. The shower has hot water. I love to stay here and I'll definitely come back to stay here again if I come to KT.

Decent stay, Decent Price and very nice location, within walking distance to the KTCC Mall which is a must visit place if you stay in Kuala terrenganu!

We had a late check in. Check in process is ok. Staff is ok. The shower water lil bit slow in the morning. N the heater didnt function.
