We would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused from not having elevator in our hotel. However, we have mentioned on our booking sites that our rooms are located on the first and second floor without elevator. Upon request and subject to availability, we are able make special arrangements to provide ground floor rooms in our alternate location, which is 2 minutes from here. Since there is no lift, we are always more than happy to help you with your baggage during check in and check out.
