Swiss-Belhotel Kuantan

Best part abt this hotel is its location. I booked the sea view which is splendid. Really beautiful view. Location wise is strategic as well. Just outside the hotel the quite a number of eateries as well. Fresh seafood selection. East Coast mall is pretty near as well. 10~15mins Grab ride. Which cost not more then Rm$15. Maintenance of room definitely needs improvement. It’s a pity if they neglect on this since they have a beautiful sea view to die for.

The hotel is spacious. But the aircond is not that cold. Since it was a one night stay- and i was out most of the time, it was not a problem so much. But the lift is slow and parking is confusing bec shared with residence

Good Location. Cleanliness can be improved, very dusty. Breakfast was ok, can add more variety a since it was full house.

The location is the best. Close to almost everything. Im sure will repeat this hotel for the next trip. Breakfast not too bad. But better skip if you are foodhunter

When inquire for early check-in, told us 100ringgit extra. One good thing was gave us upgrade to seaview at 50ringgit extra. Ask for extra 2 towels as we are family of 4 (2 toddlers), charged us extra 10 ringgit for 2 towel. Ask if there is ice machine or laundry, everything no. Went to pool, need to pay rental for baby float which we are ok. Ask for extra 2 towels for our toddlers swimming, say only entitle 2 towels. The guy end up gave extra 1. When we done, we requested to let us cover our 2 toddlers and we will bring down the towels to the poolside, we were declined and kept telling us hotel policy. We find this hotel is very money minded which is ok we can pay. But for the towel at poolside, the sea breeze was so strong, comeon, no compassionate to see young children will feel cold? Next no chairs at the poolside. All taken by hotel mgmt for another event and it has been missing for few months, pool side attendant told us. If we know such things, we rather pay to stay at the other better swiss hotel near by. At least we pay a premium and get some good servive attitude not like this hotel most staff quite low situation awareness in customer service, hotel hospitality.

Everything is good. The breakfast, the room and the view is spectacular. We really enjoying the holida

The room was very spacious. The view was beautiful as it faced the sea. For breakfast, there weren't many choices for the main course. The parking path to go up and down each level is very small/narrow. I saw a lot of scrape marks on the walls. The worst part was – the floor above was very noisy with footsteps running around and furniture being dragged back and forth.
