The management seriously needs to pay extra attention on cleanliness. Stain on the bed sheets just so😭😭😭. And the breakfast, they didn’t top up the food. I came around 8 am and only 40% of food available. Sure will not book again

Hotel is a bit old, and located in a quiet part of Kuching. No shops nearby, but if you’re not fussy then it’s an okay stay. Breakfast is very simple, only the laksa was tasty and there is a vending machine for your needs. No complaints just not the best stay if you can choose. Overall 3/5. Would choose somewhere nicer but if no choice will stay here again. 😅

I recently stayed at this hotel for a 3-day, 2-night short and impromptu trip. Here are the pros and cons:
Pros:
1. Exceptional customer service: The staff was incredibly enthusiastic, recommending various tourist destinations and assisting me in finding transportation.
2. Strategic location: The hotel is conveniently located very close to the main city of Kuching.
Cons:
1. Cleanliness concerns: Despite the outstanding customer service, there is a notable need for improvement in cleanliness. Upon my first check-in, I encountered insects and found an issue with the bed. The hotel promptly changed my room, but unfortunately, the problem persisted. After three room changes, the issue was finally resolved, although the cleanliness of the third room still requires improvement.
