Room clean and nice bed sheet location near area town and tourist area ..

I recently stayed at this hotel for a 3-day, 2-night short and impromptu trip. Here are the pros and cons: Pros: 1. Exceptional customer service: The staff was incredibly enthusiastic, recommending various tourist destinations and assisting me in finding transportation. 2. Strategic location: The hotel is conveniently located very close to the main city of Kuching. Cons: 1. Cleanliness concerns: Despite the outstanding customer service, there is a notable need for improvement in cleanliness. Upon my first check-in, I encountered insects and found an issue with the bed. The hotel promptly changed my room, but unfortunately, the problem persisted. After three room changes, the issue was finally resolved, although the cleanliness of the third room still requires improvement.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, I had a wonderful experience, the place is very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for making our stay comfortable. We like the breakfast spread. Room is comfortable and clean. Location from town is a little far for walking.

1st choice when I travel to Kuching. Breakfast choices overall okay, cleanliness 100% service 100%

The counter staff are friendly and polite. However, the room facilities are very old, some areas have been damaged, and there are signs of mold in the shower room. There were yellow stains on the sheets and pillowcases. There are better options for this price. The location of the hotel is ok. Additionally, the staff cleaning the room was a bit unfriendly in conversation (we stayed two days) as if we were in the way of her cleaning.

Overall ok.. Bkfst decent towards simple. Roim niecce but aircond take time to cool.. Using maps to navigate the entrance not showing the correct way.

Perfect little boutique hotel for a quiet and peaceful stay even when you’re in the middle of a busy city. I like the japanese style bed.

My second stay in this hotel. The room is quite rundown compared to when it first operating. The pillows smell bad and the room was not clean (dirty/dusty) when I checked in. Phoned the reception and requested a quick cleaning but none of the cleaners were available.

2nd times here and everything is good and nice. Keep it up 👏👏👏 & found out that the hotel is near to Taman Pustaka MBKS ❤️❤️

Best Service and environment. Surrounding nearby of Chinatown have a lot of good food. Spend 15mins walking distance can reach to the waterfront.
