The air conditioner wasn’t working properly, and the room stayed hot until the night. The next day, I informed the front desk, and they told me the air conditioner had been leaking outside. They also said they didn’t want to inform me that night because they were worried I was already asleep. But that doesn’t make sense. You knew there was a problem, yet you let me sleep in a hot room the whole night without informing me or offering a solution, such as changing my room. Please improve your staff’s customer service. Situations like this should be communicated immediately so guests can decide what they want to do. I hope this doesn’t happen to future customers.

I was absolutely shocked by the housekeeping service. They didn’t replace the towels or bed linens at all. Instead, the towel I had hung on the bathroom rack was simply moved onto an old, worn-out chair in the room. The chair looked dirty and unhygienic, so I couldn’t believe they thought that was acceptable. To make matters worse, some basic amenities, such as a hairdryer, were missing. The air conditioner was extremely noisy and even leaked water. The overall maintenance and cleanliness of this hotel were far below any reasonable standard.

Old and tired hotel badly in need of refurbishment. Dust and mold everywhere and even stains on the blanket which housekeeping didn’t change although we left it in clear view. It’s a great location between Hilton and Sheraton but it needs an overhaul.

I love the location. Just walking distance to Kuching Waterfront. There's a convenience store across the road. So it's easy to buy drinks and snacks.

I had a very disappointing stay and will not be returning. My first room on the 9th floor was unacceptable: it had a terrible odor, was incredibly dusty, poorly lit, and the mattress was sinking. Worse, the connecting room door was left unlocked. I requested a room change and was moved to the 10th floor. While the second room lacked the strange atmosphere of the first, it still had major issues. The bed linens had an awful smell and did not seem properly washed. Furthermore, the tables and corners were thick with dust. Most concerningly, the door latch was broken, forcing me to wedge a chair behind the door at night for my own safety. I cannot recommend this hotel

Stayed for 5d 4n. Overall was good, staff were very welcoming, limited basement parking. Not sure if we can park at Puteri Basement Parking. No clear instructions given. We were dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the bed, we asked for a change after second day of our stay but we noticed the they did not change. The location was superb anyways. Breakfast spread were moderate. We expected more options.

Location is very good as the hotel is near the waterfront and many good eateries. The hotel is obviously dated, cleanliness is acceptable but the towels look like they need to be retired. Housekeeping staff is friendly and pleasant but the staff at the reception seem unmotivated. Honestly other than the location, there really is nothing to shout about. There are better and newer hotels near the waterfront that will be more value for money.
