Good hospitality.Nearby attraction. Adjoining room good for families with kids ...nice city view Breakfast buffet alot variety and taste good too.. Will stay here again for my next trip..

Nice place to stay. Near Kuching Waterfront and Bukit Mata Kuching Seafood. Comfy bed and deco really like a palace

The room especially the bed and pillows are amazing..not so hard not so soft. This is the best bed n pillows ever in all hotels I stayed before. The ambience and decor in the lobby and room pathway nice maybe coz newly refurbished. Setback only calls long time to pick up and when order room service a bit confusing the food comes from which side, puteri side or Astana side which is not supposed to be the guest's problems and cause delay.

The location is strategic, easy to go here & there. Love the ambience & the staff are helpful despite extremely long line for checking in on New Year’s eve. Overall, a great experience to stay at this hotel.

All perfect! Got swimming pool open from 7:00 am- 7:00 pm. Breakfast buffet is delicious..many variety food include laksa Sarawak and also smoke duck..room very spacious for deluxe twin room..

Newly renovated. Just like you walked into a Palace and staying at Palace. Yet one of the front office didn't even look at me when I stand infront of her . Not even a helo and just check her docs

First time staying puteri wing after renovation Room was superb..nice decoration Bed so confortable..water pressure was good Room come with big tv screen greet u during your stay Variesty of breakfast spread However the receptionist during check in not so nice..no smile..no apalogy insted of give me wrong room

All good with this hotel. Great rooms. Great gym. Great pool. And also great location. Although it's a bit expensive but worth it.

Located at the center of city where’s easy to walk around when leisure.

Room very clean and comfort..staff were friendly and supportive.

The looks/ambiance feel luxury but not till I slept and having shower. The shower area was too small only 2 ft wide and my elbow always hit the disabled person handrail. the shower area was used to be a bathtub and it was not properly design for showering area. it was too small. the water heater also was not providing right heat for showering . our bed was too soft/soggy. we experienced backache when woke up the next day. it was not a good support for my lumbar. perhaps the mattress have been long used. The Air-conditioning contol also quite tricky to use. there was a period of time we experiencing the room was like a sauna. the on / off and mode setting function button not properly working. our supposed to be a clean bed sheet was stained with some yellowish colour and asked the staff to change. luckily they changed it. we found several women's hair in one corner that was not properly cleaned. reception coubter personnel not so friendly but the rest of the staff were so supportive and happily to offer helping hand. the TV and movie provided is totally a plus point to me to kill my free time. after all Kuching is quite a boring capital city.
